If you want to add at least an inch to your penis size within 4 weeks, I recommend you follow: Man with a small penis.
When men start out on their Penis Enlargement Program, they typically get out a soft tape measure and, while erect, measure the length and the girth. The girth should be done in at least two areas of the shaft and the length should be taken at the top and bottom. If one has a crooked penis, the left and right side length measurements should be taken, too. Especially if you follow my advice on how to straighten a crooked penis.
These basic measurements are important because they give you an idea as to how your length and girth are progressing while you re-measure during your enlargement program. But the real way to measure your penis - for Penis Enlargement purposes - is to learn how to calculate the Volume of your Penis.
This is done with a simple equation:
Volume = π(r2)h
Where:
π = 3.142
r2 = the radius of your penis (r) squared. This means you multiply your penile radius times itself.
h = the height (length) of your penis.
So, for example, if your penis is 1" in width through the center (this would be a .5" radius) and 5" long, we would get:
3.142 * .5" * .5" * 5" = 3.92 cubic inches.
(To get the radius of your penis, measure the girth and multiply this times .15915)
Make a note where you measured your shaft for the circumference and from where you started your measurement (on your body) to the end of your penile head. You want to be able to replicate the same measurements. I would recommend doing three separate measurements and taking the average of the three.
If you really want to get a more exact and precise measurement, here's the way to do it. It's a bit tricky, so be careful:
Get two plastic cups (glass is a little too dangerous). They should both be about 10" tall (depending on your length). The diameter of one glass needs to be larger so that the smaller-diameter glass can fit inside of it. Fill the inner glass to the very brim with water. Make sure there is no water in the outer glass. Now, with a complete erection, lower your penis into the inner glass filled with water. This will displace the water in the inner glass and it will pour over into the outer glass. Immerse yourself slowly, then remove yourself. Now take the outer glass with the water and make sure when you remove the inner glass that all the water from the sides and the bottom drips into the outer glass.
Pour this displaced water into a measuring cup. 1 cubic inch is equal to .554 ounces. So you can easily calculate the volume of your penis in this manner.
The Volume of your penis is the space it occupies. While this number is not exact, as typically the penis is not a perfect cylinder (as the diameter of the head is usually larger than the shaft), it gives you a great quantitative starting point to monitor your enlargement improvements.
